Slate Made This

The Barbie Phase.

For year two of the MRY Art Show I decided I had to outdo last year's exhibit. Naturally.

The Terrarium Phase.

I made conceptual "Terror-ariums" for the MRY Art Show out of hair, petrified animals, dead bugs, plants and human teeth. They scared some people.

MRY Art Show 2.0

From puppets to paintings and "terror-ariums" - kudos to all of the incredible artists that made our second #MRYArtShow a huge success! We can't wait for the next one!

The Meat Font Phase.

I bought a bunch of raw meat and made fonts out of them.

The Driftwood Phase.

I acquired a shitload of driftwood and made lamps, mirrors, picture frames and sculptures. Insert wood pun here.

The Knitting Phase.

I taught myself to knit and made scarves, then hats, then baby blankets, then adult blankets. I'm turning into my mother.

The App Phase.

I came up with the idea to create iSL8...the world's first creative to have an iPhone app instead of an online portfolio. I spent a month
learning how to write and code iPhone apps and submitted it to Apple. I was going to change the world.

They rejected it.
